These terms apply to all quotes and work provided by Solihull Gardening and Landscaping. By accepting a quote, you agree to them.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on what we see at the site visit. Anything outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed with you before it goes ahead.
Scheduling
We'll agree a start date with you. Outdoor work can be affected by weather; if so, we'll let you know and rearrange as soon as possible.
Access
Please make sure we have safe access to the work area, and let us know about any hidden services, cables or pipes you're aware of.
Payment
Payment terms will be set out on your quote or invoice.
Waste
Unless agreed otherwise, we remove green waste and materials created by our work.
Insurance
We hold £2m public liability insurance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move a booking, please tell us as early as possible.
